It is a charitable company registered as Sherborne School in England and Wales under the Companies Act (company number 4002575) and with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (registration number 1081228). Its address is Sherborne School, Abbey Road, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 3LF.
Sherborne School Foundation is owned by Sherborne School but is registered separately under the Companies Act (company number 3686309) and the Charity Commission (charity number 1073522).
In this policy, whenever you see the words ‘we,’ ‘us’ or ‘our’, it refers to all those in the Sherborne School Group.
