At Sherborne we have a long tradition of helping young people grow into the best versions of themselves, fulfilling their potential and preparing for the next stage in their lives. We are privileged to be part of a historic institution that combines beautiful buildings and grounds with outstanding modern facilities.
Hosted at our Newell Grange Campus, Sherborne Easter (I)GCSE or A-level revision courses provide an intensive and timely boost to students’ confidence and skills as they prepare for their summer examinations. Our team of expert and experienced teachers covers key topics and helps hone exam techniques, our small class sizes allow them to give focused attention tailored to the needs of each individual student.
Our supporting co-curricular programme enriches the student experience and allows opportunities for personal development, socialising and further learning through visiting historic sites and nearby places of interest. Our pastoral programme is second to none and students are well looked after by our welcoming and attentive team of boarding staff.
Widely renowned for the quality of our courses, we look forward to welcoming you to this special place.

Full Boarding and Day courses for girls and boys
Students attending Sherborne Spring Courses can now choose between our Full Boarding and Day course options.
Each study day includes lessons from 9am until 5pm, and the Full Boarding course option is then followed by options for self-study, additional tuition, and relaxing recreational activities.
Our Spring courses are ideal for native and non-native English speakers looking for a concentrated boost just before their summer I/GCSE or A-level exams or to improve their English language skills. Our teachers are experienced in teaching students who have English as a first or second language.
Written academic reports are sent to parents with details about the work covered, progress made, achievements, areas to focus on for further improvement, and general involvement in the course. On completion of the course, students receive a certificate of attendance.
Spring Course Dates 2025
