Why have you come to the UK to study?
The education you get in England is far better than Hong Kong. At Sherborne International, with the small class sizes you are really engaged in lessons, whereas in Hong Kong you just sit in class.
Have you enjoyed your time at Sherborne International so far?
Yes, everyone is really friendly. When you need something, either in class or at the boarding house, all staff are really great and helpful.
The food is also really good here. They serve lots of different international cuisines, so you can try many varieties of foods.
In what areas has Sherborne International helped you improve?
I have really improved my exam performance, especially in sciences. I just find that I am learning so much more in class.
I also enjoy improving at sports such as netball and rounders.
What do you like most about being in England?
I really like the green spaces around Sherborne. The countryside is very pretty and not crowded or busy at all.
Sherborne town is also very nice. It is beautiful with lots of history.
Where would you like to go next?
I have a place at Kingswood School in Bath. I felt really welcome when I visited the school and it felt like local and international students mix very well there.
After Kingswood I would like to go to university, but I don’t know which one yet.
What career would you like when you finish education?
Something in the health service, either doctor or physiotherapist.
