11-13 year olds (pre-GCSE / pre-IGCSE)
Our 11-12 year old students, follow a course based on the English Common Entrance programme, while our 13 year old students follow a year 9 (pre-GCSE / pre-IGCSE) curriculum.
Our juniors (11-12 year olds, by 1 September) study a wide range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Geography, History, Art and Drama. Some students may also study other subjects such as Current Affairs to prepare them for entrance interviews for their future schools.
Our year 9 students, (pre-GCSE / pre-IGCSE, aged 13, by 1 September), study the same subjects but in more depth. They also study Biology, Physics and Chemistry as separate subjects.
Towards the end of the course, they select the GCSE / IGCSE course subjects they would like to study.
