SHORT COURSE ADMINISTRATOR, full time, all year round
To provide administrative support to the short courses, ensuring that course enquiries, bookings and travel arrangements are handled effectively and efficiently. The post holder will also be responsible for general administrative support to Sherborne International term time operations.

RECEPTIONIST, part time (20.75 hours per week), all year round
To provide reception/telephone cover for the School as well as some general administrative support.
Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday and Tuesday, with one hour unpaid lunch break each day and 8am to 12.45pm Wednesday. There will also be a requirement to work periodic Saturdays 8am to 11am as per the office rota.

PASTORAL ASSISTANTS on Sherborne International Summer Courses (July and August 2019)
Pastoral assistants are required to provide a high level of supervision and care for students whenever the students are not in class; this includes supervision of sports, evening activities and on excursions. Pastoral assistants will support the residential house staff as directed to ensure the boarding houses run smoothly.

CATERING ASSISTANTS, part time, all year round
Required to assist generally with preparation, presentation and service of meals and cleaning of the Catering Department.
Shifts available as follows (it is expected that applicants should apply to work a minimum of two of these shifts):
Tuesday: 7am to 2.30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid break)
Wednesday: 5.30 to 8pm
Friday: 5.30 to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 2.30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid break)
Saturday: 5.30 to 8pm
Sunday: 9am to 2.30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid break)
